How to use sample a product using Order+Earn:
You will be sent a single quantity of the product to sample
If you have more than one restaurant location, each location gets 1 sample
You MUST fill out the designated survey (in the Save Money tab) within 30 days to get paid for the product
Sample opportunities are counted for the entire location list (3 samples per quarter for all locations)
