Use the Check-In feature on your Cut+Dry account
if there is an issue with your delivery.
Go to the three lines on the top-left of your screen to access the drop-down menu. |

Tap on Order History. |

Tap on the order with the delivery issue. |
|
Tap Check-In Order. |
|
Tap Report Issue. |
|
Check the box next to the item(s) that have a problem, then hit Submit. |
|
Select what's wrong and hit Continue. |
|
Finish filling out the form - you can even add a note in this section! Hit Continue when you are ready. |
|
You can see your credit request. Tap Submit. |
|
Success!
You should also receive an email detailing your submitted credit request.
All credits, once approved by your supplier, will show up in the Pay tab of your Cut+Dry account. |
