Hide prices for selected customers

Overview
Price visibility lets you hide product pricing for specific customers when they place orders via the web or mobile app. Customers will not see prices while browsing or ordering—pricing only appears on their final invoice after the order is processed in your ERP. You can enable Hidden Prices for individual customers through your integration or by updating their customer profile in the Distributor Portal.
Follow these steps to manually hide prices for a customer.

1. Select Customers from the navigation menu.

2. Find and select your customer.
Tip: You can search by Salesperson, use the customer filters, or start typing into the search box.

3. On the customer's Profile tab, look for the Price Visibility field. Then, click the purple edit icon.

4. Click on the dropdown to select an option - hidden or visible. Then, click Save.

Result
When a customer with Hidden Prices enabled shops online, all prices (including unit, case, and total prices) are hidden in the order guide, catalog and cart.
