Overview

If you run into issues within the app or have a great idea for a new feature, we want to hear from you. We've created the Task Tracker to help increase issue resolution speed and streamline our communication with you and any of your Admin-level users.

Tip: The Task Tracker is for non-critical issue reports only. For other circumstances:

  • For urgent issues: Directly call or chat with your Point of Contact for immediate assistance.
  • For refund requests: Email our finance team at pay@cutanddry.com for a swift and smooth resolution.

Follow these steps to submit a ticket in the Task Tracker.

Submit an issue report or feature request

Tip: Issue reporting and feature requesting occur on different tabs of the same screen—filling out the tickets works the same for both.

  1. Select Tracker from the navigation menu.
  2. Select the appropriate tab:
    • Issue Tracker to report an issue
    • Feature Requests to suggest a new feature
  3. Select a button to open a ticket:
    • +New Ticket on the Issue Tracker
    • +Request Feature on the Feature Request
  4. Enter in the ticket details.

Tip: The Status, Priority, and Jira Ticket Link fields are for Cut+Dry internal use only; you do not need to touch these fields.

    • Title
    • Description: For issues, please include all of the following.
      • The user(s) who experienced the issue

      • What you expected to happen
      • What actually happened
    • Upload files: Add any files, such as screenshots, to support your report.
    • Category: Select the section of the app where you experienced the issue.
    • Owner: Select yourself from the dropdown menu.
