Cut+Dry's support team works closely with hundreds of brands to help optimize product content and drive operator purchasing decisions. We offer multiple ways to get assistance based on your needs and account type.
Follow these options to get the support you need.
Submit feedback
1. Select Support from the left navigation menu.

2. Use the feedback form directly in your Cut+Dry portal. Share your suggestions, feature requests, or general comments about the platform.

We read all feedback submissions. Due to high inbound volume, we're unable to respond individually to every submission, but your input directly influences our product development.
Email support
For specific questions or technical assistance:
1. Select Support from the left navigation menu.

2. Click Contact Support to send us an email - include details about your issue and any relevant screenshots.
Tip: Be as specific as possible in your email to help us provide the most accurate assistance.

Contact your distributor
Your inviting distributor can also provide guidance:
1. Reach out to the distributor who invited you to Cut+Dry. They can help you navigate the platform and answer questions about product linking, catalog management, or distributor-specific workflows.
Live support calls
For paying manufacturer partners:
1. Select Support from the left navigation menu.

2. Select Book a call with Cut+Dry.
If you don't see this option, email our support team to ask about eligibility for a live support call. If eligible, we'll help you schedule a one-on-one support session.
