Overview

Businesses can conveniently order multiple units of measure (UOMs) for a single product within the same order. This feature is designed for those who need flexibility in purchasing both bulk and smaller quantities without placing multiple transactions. Instead of submitting separate orders for each UOM, you can consolidate everything into one streamlined transaction.

Explore these sections to see different ways units of measurement are handled throughout the app.

Order more than one UOM from an order guide

1. Find the product you want to order in multiple UOMs by scrolling through the list or using the search function.
2. Click the Unit dropdown menu and select "Multi Units."
   
    
3. All available UOMs will appear—select the ones you need.
   • If you have previously purchased multiple UOMs for a product, they will automatically display.
   • If a UOM is missing, go to Edit Order Guide.
4. Choose your desired quantities and add them to your order.
   
5. Continue selecting the rest of your products as usual.

Order more than one UOM from the catalog

1. Locate the product by scrolling or using the search function.
2. Click the UOM dropdown menu and select "Multi Units."
   
3. Once the UOMs are displayed, select the desired quantities and add them to your order.
   
4. Continue selecting other products as needed.

Hide multi units

• If you prefer not to see the Multi Units dropdown, click the chevron at the bottom of the product card to collapse it.
• This will only hide UOMs that do not have selected quantities.

Adjust unit quantities in the Cart

• Modify quantities by clicking the number field and entering a new value or using the – / + buttons.
• To remove a UOM, hover over the product card and click the trash can icon.
