Find out how to automatically make payments on your invoices using your on-file payment method.

Overview

Sign up for Auto Pay using your saved payment method. If necessary, refer to Add a payment method.

Note: Screenshots shown were taken from the mobile app. However, all information in this article is applicable regardless of how you access the app: via mobile phone, tablet, or the desktop web portal.

 

Set up Auto Pay

  1. From the main navigation menu, select Pay.

  2. On the Pay Suppliers screen, select the three dots to access Payment Settings.

  3. Select the Auto Pay Settings tab, then your supplier's name.

  4. Select your options from the dropdown menus, as applicable.

    Tip: If you do not have a payment method added to your account, this menu will display "No options." Refer to Add a payment method.

     
  5. Select the checkbox confirming you have read the Terms & Conditions for automatic withdrawals, the Enable Auto Pay.
