Change your billing account or view invoices

Find out how to update the account you use for Cut+Dry service payments.

Overview

Cut+Dry invoices you for your contracted services on the first of every month. Your invoice is automatically paid on the 15th using the account on file.

Follow these steps to change your billed account or view past invoices.


Add or change your billed account

  1. Select Settings, then Billing from the navigation menu.
  2. Select Add Payment Method.
  3. Add either a credit card or bank account.
    Tip: Credit card charges incur a transaction fee. Debit cards are not allowed.
     

View past Cut+Dry service invoices

  1. Select Settings, then Billing from the navigation menu.
  2. Select any invoice from the list.

Result

You were likely emailed your invoice at the time of billing (the first of the month) but you can always view them again on the app.

 Tip: This example uses a dummy distributor account; please disregard any exact amounts and fees listed.
 
 

Bulk download past Cut+Dry invoices

  1. Select Settings, then Billing from the navigation menu.
  2. Select the checkbox next to any or all invoices you want to download.
     
  3. From the Batch Actions dropdown menu, select Download Invoices.

Result

After a short processing time, your browser will download one PDF containing all of the invoices selected.
