Overview
To help facilitate payment reconciliation activities, any team members you have assigned the Accounts Receivable role will receive several daily emails from Cut+Dry and will have access to in-app reports.

What reports will my AR receive receive from Cut+Dry Pay?
Cut+Dry sends out two types of critical emails each day, and a third type only if the situation arises.

Payments Initiated report
- Content: All manual payments and autopayments attempted that day
- Purpose: To provide a comprehensive overview of all payment attempts, facilitating the tracking of initiated transactions

Payout report

Content: All payments that were successfully deposited that day, including:
- Credit card (CC) transactions
- Automated clearing house (ACH) transactions
- Content components: Total deposit, total deposited by customer, breakdown of all invoices and credits used by customer, refunds, fees
- Purpose: To confirm the successful transfer of funds, providing detailed records for reconciliation

Payment Failures report
Tip: Both the Accounts Receivable and Admin users on your account will receive notices of these failures.
- Content: Any payment failures that occurred that day
- Purpose: To alert relevant parties of any issues in payment processing, allowing for timely resolution
How can I access reconciliation reports in the app?
While emails are sent to Accounts Receivable team members, reports are accessible by both AR and Admin users on the app.
Tip: If you are not assigned an appropriate role within the app, you will not be able to view financial reports.
- Log in to Cut+Dry and select Reports from the navigation menu.
- Select the desired report and choose your date range.
- View or download your report.
