Overview
The “Claim Your Products” helps manufacturers take control of their product representation across Cut+Dry's distributor network. We find products across our distributor network that appear to belong to your brand, but we need you to verify which ones are actually yours and how they should be managed in your catalog.
Follow these steps to claim your products.
Claim existing products
1. Select Products from the navigation menu.

2. Click Claim in the top bar toggle.
Tip: We'll show you all products found in distributor catalogs that are linked to your brand, but need to be verified.

3. Use the filters to narrow down products by distributor, brand, category, and/or status.

4. Select a product from the list and click Take Action. You have three options:

Add this as a new product in your catalog
Select Claim as a New SKU to Our Catalog if you don't have that product in Cut+Dry yet.
Claim marks you as the owner of a product and adds it to your catalog for further data enhancement. Use this when you want to create a new product in your catalog as a base to start enrichment.

Link this to an existing product in your catalog
Find a matching product by selecting the Brand Name and search for a product, or entering the product ID. Once you find the product, click Merge: These are the Same SKU.
Linking connects a distributor's variant of your product to an existing product in your catalog for data consistency. Use this when this product already exists in your catalog, but you want to connect it to ensure your product data flows from your catalog into the distributors.

Remove product
Select This is Not Our Product if the product is not yours.
Disassociating removes products incorrectly associated with your brand by distributors. Just say, "Not Our Product".

Once you take action, the product will be processed according to your selection. Claimed products will be added to your catalog, merged products will be linked to existing catalog items, and removed products will be disassociated from your brand.

1. Why is the "Claims Product" option not available to me?
This feature is designed to work alongside the Showcase, allowing you to "claim" products as yours for further enrichment. We're still refining this feature—we'll let you know when it's available to you.
