Set up a Order Guide change notification
Find out how to get notified when customers change their Order Guide or order something new.

Overview
Order Guide Change Notifications help sales teams stay informed about important changes to customer ordering behavior. The system automatically sends email alerts to salespeople when customers modify their order guides or place orders from the catalog without adding items to their Order Guide.
Follow these steps to set up the notification.

1. Select Settings, then Profile from the navigation menu.

2. Scroll to your Notification Preferences.

3. Select Order Guide Changes - you can be notified by email or SMS.

4. Click Save.

Result
You will begin receiving daily batched emails for any customers assigned to you when they make order guide changes or catalog orders. The report will be available for 72 hours.
