Re-add a deleted supplier (Web portal only)

Find out how to add a supplier that you had archived (removed) once before.

Overview

If you archive a supplier, it is completely removed from Place Order screen for all of your team.

Tip: The steps listed in this article are only possible within the Cut+Dry web portal; they are not possible to perform within the mobile app.

 

Follow these steps to re-add a supplier to your Cut+Dry account.


Re-add a deleted supplier

  1. Visit the Cut+Dry web portal and select the Login option.
  2. Select Suppliers from the navigation menu.
  3. On the Suppliers screen, select View Archived Suppliers.
  4. Select Unarchive on the supplier's line.

Result

Your supplier is immediately re-added to your Suppliers screen and is available for edit or ordering.
