Overview
Keep relevant operator team members informed by managing who receives copies of order confirmation emails. You can add or edit CC recipients for various order notifications, including new order confirmations, order viewed notifications, and supplier confirmations.
The CC alert system is fully synchronized between the distributor portal and the customer portal. When either you or your customer updates CC settings, the changes are automatically reflected across both systems, maintaining consistency and avoiding conflicts.
Follow these steps to manage order CC alerts.
Configure order cc alerts
1. In the Customer tab, select a customer.

2. Navigate to the Order CC Email Alerts section in the customer profile.

3. Click the purple edit icon.
4. Add the email addresses of those who should be copied on the emails.
Tip: separate multiple email address with a comma.

5. Select which alerts they should receive.

6. Click Save.
Result
When a new order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent to the user who placed the order and to the email addresses listed in the setting.
