Overview

The Cut+Dry Order Desk streamlines order management by converting customer voicemails, emails, text, and other order formats into draft orders, ready for your review and submission. Using Order Desk is simple - here's how it works:

  1. Send orders to your assigned email or phone number, or manually add them to Cut+Dry.
  2. Review the order draft.
  3. Submit the order.

Follow these steps to get started with using Order Desk.

View your Order Desk email and phone number

1. Select Settings, then Orders from the navigation menu.

2. Locate the email address in the Auto Order Desk Email field, or the phone number in the Auto Order Desk Phone field.

Tip: Cut+Dry automatically assigns you this email address and phone number specifically for forwarding to Order Desk. This assigned email also appears on the Order Desk tab.

3. Forward your customer-facing email address for orders to this forwarding email address.
