Review and submit an order with Order Desk

Overview
Order Desk automatically create order drafts from voicemails, emails, text messages, handwritten notes, and images. However, it won't create the order for you - you need to review and submit it.
Follow these steps to review and submit an order.

Tip: Make sure to give yourself plenty of time for review before your order cutoff, to ensure orders are submitted on time.
1. Select Order Desk, then Draft Orders from the navigation menu.

2. Review an individual order by selecting Review.

3. Check the Customer, Location, Delivery Date, and Orderer fields to ensure they match the original order (located on the right side of the screen). If necessary, make corrections.
Tip: You can type in the customer code or name in the Customer field.

4. Enter any Special Instructions mentioned in the transcript and a PO Number, if applicable.

5. Confirm that each item and quantity matches the transcript, or edit the item details as needed.
- Change an item with the Pencil.

- Adjust the UOM (Unit of Measure) with the dropdown menu.

- Change the Quantity with + or -.

- Remove an item with the Trash Can.

- If helpful, use the Play buttons next to each item to hear the voice clip it was sourced from. This option is only available for voicemail orders.

- Review the specific product asked for in the original order under each item.

- View each item's code and identify which items are not included in the customer's order guide.

7. Either Submit Order or Save Draft for later submission.
