In cases where it's more convenient for you to manually upload an order for a customer, Order Desk makes it easy.
Follow these steps to manually upload an order.
Manually upload an order
1. Select Order Desk from the navigation menu.

2. Click Upload Order.

3. Select your file. Order Desk accepts voicemail files, emails, pictures, spreadsheets, and text messages.

Result
Order Desk will read your file and automatically create an order draft for you. Your draft will show up in Draft Orders.
