Manage your locations
Find out how to add or change the different locations associated with your restaurant account.
Overview
If you have multiple restaurant locations or venues, you can set them up to work differently or order for them individually. Each of your locations can have a different logo, different order guides, and a different group of people who receive order status emails. Only users with the Admin or Manager role for your restaurant are allowed to edit location settings.
- If you are trying to upload a logo for your restaurant as a whole (all locations), refer to Change your company name, logo, or billing address.
Tip: A location's logo will override the restaurant-level logo when Cut+Dry sends emails on your behalf.

Note: Screenshots shown were taken from the mobile app. However, all information in this article is applicable regardless of how you access the app: via mobile phone, tablet, or the desktop web portal.
Follow these steps to add a new location or edit your existing ones.
Add a location to the app
- Select Settings, then Locations from the navigation menu.
- On the Location screen, select Add Location.
- Fill in the address fields.
- Edit optional fields, if desired.
- Add email addresses to the CC Emails field (separated by a comma) to receive order status notifications for this location.
- Add a logo to be added on outgoing emails for this specific location.
- Select Add Location.
Result
Your new location is immediately available for use throughout the app, though new locations are not associated with any suppliers. You will need to Associate a location with a supplier in order to order for your new location.
Edit a location
- Select Settings, then Locations from the navigation menu.
- On the Location screen, select the location you wish to change.
- Change the information as needed, then Save Changes.
Remove a location from the app
- Select Settings, then Locations from the navigation menu.
- On the Location screen, select the location you wish to change, then scroll down to select the Delete Location link.
- Choose Yes at the prompt.Tip: Only the order guides that are NOT used by your other locations will be deleted with this action.
