Find answers to commonly asked questions about reports available for our White Label app users.
Overview
Detailed reports providing insight into customer spending patterns are available for all Admin users of the Cut+Dry White Label (WL) app.
Find the answers to common questions below.
Where can I access these reports?
- Select Reports from the navigation menu.
- Choose your report parameters from the dropdown menus, then Generate Report.
- Report Type
- Locations: Choose which of your locations should be represented within the report data.
- Format: Choose whether to see your report data as tables within in the app or as a downloadable .CSV (spreadsheet) file.
- Dates: Choose the date range for your report data.
What are the four types of reports?
Monthly expenses by Vendor
This report is a monthly snapshot of the total amount spent by your team at the supplier.
Monthly expenses by Location
Currently, this report is a placeholder for future app features; if run, this report will mirror the Monthly expenses by Vendor report.
Expenses by Product
This report sheds light on your expenses on an individual product level, including:
- The total amount spent on each product (i.e., where the most money is spent)
- The quantity of each product purchased (i.e., what's purchased the most)
Expenses by Employee
This report provides a breakdown of spending across individual employees, useful for monitoring spending behavior and understanding how different team members contribute to total expenses. It includes:
- The total amount each employee has spent across the selected date range
- A summary of purchases tied to each team member
