Sign up team members for order status emails
Find out how to change who at your restaurant is CC'd on order status emails.

Overview
By default, order-related emails are only sent to the person who initiated the order. Any of your Admin users can add additional people to be automatically CC'd on these emails.
Tip: Please be aware that the CC Emails field overrides any personal notification settings—a user can NOT turn these off within their own profile.
There are three types of order-related status emails you can add people to:
- New order placed: Sent every time one of your team members submits an order
- Order viewed by the vendor: Sent every time a supplier opens your restaurant's order
- Order confirmed by the vendor: Sent every time a supplier confirms your restaurant's order
Note: Screenshots shown were taken from the mobile app. However, all information in this article is applicable regardless of how you access the app: via mobile phone, tablet, or the desktop web portal.
Follow these steps to update your email lists.
Sign up team members for order status emails
- Select Settings, then Restaurant from the navigation menu.
- On the Restaurant Settings screen, scroll down to add or remove email addresses into the CC Emails field (separated with a comma).Tip: Please remember that team members you sign up for these notification emails can NOT individually remove themselves from this list in their own profile settings. An Admin user must remove them at this same screen.
- Select or clear checkboxes for the three email types, as desired, then Save.
