Explore the Dashboard

Find out where you can view customer metrics at a glance.

Overview

Admin, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Salesperson team members can access a compilation of easily digestible, customer-related metrics on the Dashboard screen. Simply select Dashboard from the side navigation menu to see your data!

Explore these sections to understand the different functionalities of your Dashboard.


Review the role-based access

While all three roles can access the Dashboard, the view that each team member sees is different, based on their assigned role in the app:

  • Admin and AR users have total, unrestricted access to all data.
  • Salesperson users can have either a restricted or unrestricted view of customer data—but NO salesperson will see the Team Standings performance leaderboard.
    • Unrestricted salespersons can see data for all customers.
    • Restricted salespersons can only see data for their own assigned customers.

      Tip: To restrict an individual sales rep's to only their assigned customers, refer to Add or edit team members.

       
  • Dispatcher users do NOT have access to the Dashboard; they do not even see the option in their navigation menu.

Filter your display

The information displayed on the Dashboard sections can be customized by using the display filters (dropdown menus) at the top:

  • User filter (default value of "All") - Used to see a specific team member's Dashboard info.

     Tip: Restricted salespersons will have this dropdown but will only see their own name.

     
  • Timeframe filter (default value of "Last 30 Days") - Used to change the range of data shown on each Dashboard section.

     Tip: The Action Center section is NOT affected by this filter; this section will ALWAYS display the last 30 days against the previous 30 days.

     

Customer Status

+ Identify customer engagement with the app by reviewing the statuses of their Cut+Dry accounts.

 

Each section links to a customer list filtered by that status. Sections include:

  1. Customers - Total number of active customers in your ERP. Select the View Details to go to the Customers tab.
  2. Ordered - Select the View Details link to view all of your customers who have placed an order through Cut+Dry.
  3. Missing Contact Info - Add details for accounts that do not have any users attached to them.

    Tip: Your ERP may or may not store or sync information on your contacts; for these customer accounts, you will need to manually add at least one point of contact who is an Admin.

     
  1. Ready to Invite - Send invites to customer users that have been added on an account but haven't been sent a Cut+Dry invite link.
  2. Invited - Send reminders to customer users who have been invited but haven't yet registered with that invite link.
  3. Signed Up - Nudge contacts who have signed up after invitation but not yet placed an order.

New Online Revenue

+ Track the revenue that is generated when customers discover new items in your online catalog.

 

Cut+Dry adds to this total whenever a customer purchases outside of an established order guide, such as:

  1. Adding a new item to their order guide (and then ordering it)
  2. Ordering an item directly from your catalog
  3. Adding an item from a promotional carousel during the checkout process

Tip: Promote using Boost features to build this revenue stream!

 

Online Revenue

+ Review statistics on sales generated from recent orders placed through the Cut+Dry app.

 

Information on your total sales revenue is displayed with side-by-side comparisons of current data versus the previous period.

Tip: Please note that this data may or may not include information from sales occuring outside of Cut+Dry app, depending on which ERP you use and how it sends data to us.
 

Select either of the 3 options to update the graph to that data set, as well as view the margin of increase/decrease since last period:

Tip: The timeframes of current and previous periods (defaulted to "Last 30 Days") is controlled by the Timeframe filter selected at the top of the screen.

 
  1. Online Orders ($): Total dollar value of orders this period
  2. Online Orders: Total number of online orders submitted this period
  3. Active Customers: Total number of active customers this period

Online Pay

+ Check out the total dollar amount processed through Cut+Dry Pay functions.

 

These figures encompass all manual and automatic payments (through ACH or credit card) that your customers have submitted to you through the app.

  • Green percentages provide growth measurements, by comparing data from the previous period.
  • Active Pay Customers are customers who are currently, actively making payments through Cut+Dry this period.
  • Admin and AR team members can access more detailed information related to this section under Reports.

Team Standings

+ Survey a ranking of your sales reps according to their Cut+Dry sales performance.

 

Ranking is dependent on three factors:

  1. Online Orders ($) - Total dollar value from orders (as defined in its own section)
  2. New Online Revenue - Total dollar value from catalog shopping (as defined in its own section)
  3. Time Saved - An estimate of time the salesperson has saved by having orders submitted through Cut+Dry

Action Center

+ Be alerted to your most at-risk accounts this month.

 

Both Admin and unrestricted Salesperson users are given at-a-glance metrics for the top 5 customers whose activity between this month and last month has drastically changed. For ease of use, Cut+Dry allows you to filter your top 5 between $ Difference or % Drop on spending, as well as for customers by each individual sales rep. 

Tip: Salespersons who have been restricted to only view their own customer's information will see the same information setup, but ONLY see data for their own top 5 at-risk customers.
