Streamline customer activation

Learn how customers can interact with your landing page.

Overview

Customers can activate their online ordering accounts, browse your public catalog, or request to become a customer from your activation landing page. 

These are the steps customers will take on the landing page. 

Activate online account 

1. Access the Activation Landing Page.

2. Enter the business name and email in the Get Started with Online Ordering form. 

3. Click Activate Account.

Result

If their information matches what we have on the system, they will be automatically redirected to their account or appropriate flow. 

  • New users will be prompted to complete their sign up.
  • Existing users will be asked to log in to their account.
  • If there's an email mismatch, a contact form prompts users to confirm or update their email address.

If the information doesn't match what we have in the system, we'll ask for more details and send the lead form to you. 

 

Sign in to an existing account

1. Access the Activation Landing Page.

2. Click on Sign In.

3. Enter the login credentials or click Forgot Password, then complete the sign-in process.

Become a new customer

1. Access the Activation Landing Page.

2. Click on Become a Customer.

3. Fill out the information in the form, then click Submit.

Result

Customers will receive a success message. The follow up happens outside of Cut+Dry, based on your own process.

 

Browse the catalog

1. Access the Activation Landing Page.

2. Click on Browse Catalog.

Tip: Customers can only access your catalog if public catalog feature is enabled. 

 

Result

Customers will be redirected to your public catalog.
