Find out how to enable Pay for a customer

Overview
Streamline your accounts receivable process by enabling the pay module for specific customers. Once activated, customers gain access to digital invoicing, online payment options, and self-service account management tools.
Important: The pay integration must be completed and configured before you can enable the pay module for individual customers. Contact your Cut+Dry Growth Manager if you need assistance with the initial pay integration setup.
Follow these steps to enable Cut+Dry Pay.
Enable Pay
1. Select Customer from the navigation menu, then click on the customer account.

2. Go to the Invoices tab.

3. Find the Cut+Dry Pay toggle, and click on it.

4. Confirm your choice by clicking Yes in the pop-up.
