The Cut+Dry app can send certain types of notifications related to tracking of placed orders.

Track+ troubleshooting FAQ

1. What if I am not receiving order tracking emails or SMS?

Make sure that you have delivery tracking notifications turned on and a phone number added to your profile. Refer to Change your personal notification settings.

  • Please reach out to your supplier via Chat for a delivery ETA. 
  • You can also email Cut+Dry support at support@cutanddry.com.

3. Can I receive or turn off tracking updates without a Cut+Dry account?

Yes—if your distributor offers Track+! 

  • Receive: Go here to signup for delivery tracking notifications.
  • Turn off: Click the "unsubscribe" link within a tracking email, or reply with "UNSUB" to a tracking text message.
