Overview
Customize your delivery operations by managing Track settings to fit your business needs. You can configure warehouses, internal notifications, and other settings to control how routes are planned, how deliveries are dispatched, and what information is shared with customers and drivers throughout the delivery process.
Follow these steps to manage your Track settings.
Manage Track settings
1. Select Settings from the navigation menu, then the Track tab.

2. If you have multiple warehouse locations, select the warehouse location first. To learn how to add multiple warehouse locations, click here.

3. Add or edit the settings on the page.

Understanding the settings
- Warehouse location: the name of the warehouse location you're viewing settings for.
- Warehouse nickname: the nickname provided to the warehouse for use in routing files.
- Warehouse name: the name of the warehouse location.
- Notification status: when disable, no notification will be send out - you can use this setting for testing Track without customers getting notified.
- Default start time: the default start time for routes when no other time is provided.
- Default service time: the default stop service duration when no other stop service duration is provided.
- Delivery radius: an error will indicate any stops beyond this radius. Distach is prevented until the address is revised or the radius is expanded.
- Warehouse address: the default address used as route start and end point.
- Timezone: your timezone.
- Support phone: phone provided to drivers in the Driver App
- Alert email: email address to receive notifications about delivery issues.
- Delivery notifications emails: the email address your customers will see when receiving a delivery notification. If no email is set, notifications will be send from mail@cutanddry.com
- Show dispatch date: when selected, it will show the dispatch date after the dispatch time on route cards - useful for multi-day routes.
- Add warehouse as a last stop: when selected, Cut+Dry will add a return stop to all future routes to navigate the driver to the warehouse.
- Share delivery images with customer: when selected, images taken by the driver during delivery may be shared with the customer.
- Share delivery notes with customer: when selected, comments added by the driver during delivery may be shared with the customer.
4. Click Save.
