Set up a company holiday
Find out how to pause order fulfillment in the app on specified days.

Overview
Cut+Dry lets you schedule company-wide holidays to prevent customers from requesting deliveries on days your business is closed.

Follow these steps to set up as many holidays as you like.
- Select Settings, then Orders from the navigation menu.
- Next to the Holidays setting, select the plus (+) icon.
- Select the Date and Type (whether global or customer-specific) for the holiday.
Tip: For customer-specific holidays, enter each affected customer code followed by a space. Customer codes can be found at the top of any customer's Profile screen.
- Select Save Changes.
Result
The holiday should now show under the Holidays section of your Order Settings screen. If you've set a holiday as customer-specific, affected customer codes will appear next to the date.
