Invite brands to Cut+Dry
Learn how to invite brands directly from your portal to enhance product information.

Overview
You can now invite brands to Cut+Dry directly from your portal! This powerful feature enables seamless collaboration between distributors and their brand partners, creating a more comprehensive and accurate product catalog for your customers.
When brands join Cut+Dry through your invitation, they can begin updating product information immediately, including photos, descriptions, specifications, and more. This means your linked products are automatically enriched, and customers see accurate, complete listings when they shop.
Follow these steps to invite a brand or manufacturer.
Vendors page overview
1. Select Catalog from the navigation menu, then use the top toggle to select Suppliers.
You'll see a summary of your Suppliers activity at the top of the page, including:
- New Suppliers to show how many suppliers were added to your catalog in the last 7 days.
- Invited to show how many invites your team has sent.
- Not Invited to show brands that have not been invited yet.
The vendor list shows all manufacturers listed in your catalog. You can see:
- Number of active products in your catalog,
- the completeness score for that specific vendor,
- and the status - not invited, invitation sent, or active.
Vendor-specific page overview
1. Select Catalog from the navigation menu, then use the top toggle to select Suppliers.
2. Select a vendor from the list, then click the eye icon or click the vendor name.
The vendor page displays all products listed in your catalog and key insights. You can see:
- Preview company page lets you see what that company page looks like in your catalog.
- View full catalog takes you to our product Showcase to see all products for that specific vendor. You can explore the catalog and link existing products to your catalog.
- The completeness score shows how complete and enriched your catalog is. Each product receives a score based on how much information is available for that product, and the vendor score combines the score for all products from that specific vendor.
- Active products and brands associated with that vendor.
- A list of all products associated with that vendor in your catalog. You can click the product or the brand to view it.
If a brand or a product is not showing up here, go to Edit Products and ensure the vendor is listed in the product.
- The vendor status shows if the vendor has received an invite, has created an account, and has signed in.
- The list of contacts invited, their contact information, and their status.
Invite a vendor
1. Select Catalog from the navigation menu, then use the top toggle to select Vendors.
Bulk Invite
You'll see a call to action to invite all suppliers who haven't been invited yet. This is the quickest way to invite suppliers.
2. Click Review & Send
3. Select which Suppliers you want to send an invite to. Click on the square box at the top to select all. Then click Next.
4. You can preview the email your suppliers will receive, then click Send Invitations.
Result
All selected suppliers will receive an email invitation, and 2 email reminders if they don't act on it.
When they accept the invitation, they access their FREE Cut+Dry Manufacturer account where they can start adding and editing their product information.
Individual Invites
2. Click the send icon next to a supplier's name.
3. Fill out the contact information for the invite and add a personal note (optional).
Tip: the vendor must be listed in at least one of your products to show up in this list.
4. Click Send Invite.
Result
The vendor's contact will receive an email invitation, and 2 email reminders if they don't act on it.
When they accept the invitation, they access their FREE Cut+Dry Manufacturer account where they can start adding and editing their product information.
