Create and review support tickets

Learn how to access and review your support tickets through the Cut+Dry support portal.

Overview

Stay informed about your support requests by accessing your submitted tickets through the Cut+Dry support portal. You can view all your submitted tickets, track their progress, review responses from the support team, and monitor resolution status. 

Follow these steps to view your submitted tickets.

Create a support ticket

1. In the distributor Portal, click on the In-App Support Center icon. Then, select Contact Support.

2. Select one of the options (Technical Support or Other Questions). 

3. Fill out the form and click Send.

Tip: you can create a support request without logging in. 

 

Review existing support tickets

1. In the distributor Portal, click on the In-App Support Center icon. Then, select Contact Support.

2. Click Log In in the top right corner. 

3. Enter your email address. 

Tip: To log in to our support portal, you must have an existing account. Your account is automatically created when you first contact our support team. If you have previously submitted a ticket or emailed us at support@cutanddry.com , you can log in using the same email address. If this is your first time contacting us, please email support@cutanddry.com to request access.

 

4. Enter your password.

Tip: If this is your first time logging in, you'll need to set your password first. Click "Forgot Password?" and follow the instructions in the email we send you.

 

5. When logged in, click the profile icon in the top right corner, then select Requests.

6. Review and interact with all existing tickets you or anyone from your organization has submitted.

Tip: use the filters or the search to find a specific ticket. 

 

7. Click on a ticket to view more details, add comments, and add others to the issue.
