Overview
This page contains the details of our launch plan: the action items for your team, the action items for our team, and the things you can expect while we work together to onboard your company and customers.

Launch Cut+Dry
Phase 1: Launch Strategy + Setup
We’ll start by getting everyone on the same page with a shared understanding of the fundamentals of Cut+Dry. Actions include:
- Introducing key team members on both sides to build a solid working relationship.
- Learning about your processes to understand how your company operates and how Cut+Dry can support it.
- Defining what success looks like by setting goals and key metrics for adoption.
- Providing you guidance on how to build awareness, excitement, and buy-in within your company
While the launch strategy is being ironed out, we'll complete the technical integration of the Cut+Dry app with your ERP system.
Tip: You can start thinking about the launch on Day 1. How you speak about this project internally and the level of involvement of your team will have a direct impact on the adoption and future engagement of the platform.
Best Practices + Resources
On Day 1…
Internal Announcement Email: After your intro call with the Cut+Dry team, consider sending out an internal announcement email to inform your team about the project.
In the weeks before internal launch…
Team Meeting: Consider meeting with your team to discuss why you chose Cut+Dry and its impact on your company’s objectives.

Leadership Planning: Consider defining the objectives and key results (OKRs) for your launch along with your leadership team and your dedicated Distributor Partner Manager (DPM).
Tip: You can create OKRs for each department or keep them generic for the whole company. The finalized OKRs could be shared with each team member, while asking them to think about how they can incorporate the objective(s) in their day-to-day.
Phase 2: Internal Launch
To launch Cut+Dry successfully, it's critical that you have your team's buy-in. Actions include:
- Update all customer information and populate your order guides as soon as possible.
- Set up access for your team members within the Cut+Dry Portal.
- Educate your team with Cut+Dry resources to raise excitement for how its features, and capabilities can help with their job functions.
- Encourage team members to make it easier on customers by placing first orders on their behalf.
Tip: Remember, your sales reps are in constant contact with customers, so they will directly impact the customer's enthusiasm for adoption!
Best Practices + Resources
Changing processes and behaviors takes time, but you can support your team with the right direction, resources, and incentives, including:
Proactive "Next Steps" Email: As you are populating the portal with customer data and provisioning access for your team, consider emailing out training resources and the implementation plan, so your team can get familiar with the platform before receiving their login information.

Phase 3: External (Customer) Launch
Finally, you'll work with your DPM and Onboarding Analyst to select a few customers for a soft launch, before getting all of your customers onto the platform. Actions include:
- Communicate with your team and DPM to ensure your team members have all needed resources available.
- Invite your customers to the platform.
- Get your first customer orders placed and invoices paid.
Tip: Remember, your customers are used to a different process and will have to learn a new tool. It's normal to see a slow rate of adoption in the beginning—our team will work with you to accelerate it!
