What you will need:
Your Supplier's Online Credentials (if you are unsure of the credentials we suggest reaching out to your sales rep to request that information).
An invoice from the supplier or an item list.
Helpful Hint: If you don't know your credentials we suggest asking a coworker or reaching out to your sales rep.
Visit Place Order from the sidebar navigation and scroll to the bottom.
Tap +Add Supplier.
Tap Continue.
Enter the names of your suppliers.
To add more than 4 suppliers, tap +Add More.
When you've finished entering the names of your National Suppliers, tap Continue.
Tap OK.
Integrated Suppliers:
For Integrated Suppliers - use the login field with your username and password.
Your Order Guide will automatically be generated from your purchase history.
To enter the credentials or your sales rep's contact information for an Integrated Supplier, tap Finish Setup.
Check the Website (Preferred) box, then enter your username and password.
Tap the Location(s) dropdown menu to select a location for your order guide. If your restaurant is a single location or if your order guide is used by all restaurants select All Locations.
Want to chat with your sales rep about your orders from the Cut+Dry app? Add your sales rep's email or mobile number to use our Supplier Chat feature.
Once you've entered your credentials and sale rep's information, tap Save.
Non-Integrated Suppliers:
For Non-Integrated Suppliers - enter in your salesperson(s) contact info. Once you have completed the required fields tap Continue.
If you are adding a Non-integrated Supplier, the next step is to upload a photo of an invoice or an item list to create an order guide. You can also add items manually.
To enter the credentials or your sales rep's contact information for a Non-Integrated Supplier, tap Finish Setup.
Want to chat with your sales rep about your orders from the Cut+Dry app? Add your sales rep's email or mobile number to use our Supplier Chat feature.
Tap the Location(s) dropdown menu to select a location for your order guide. If your restaurant is a single location or if your order guide is used by all restaurants select All Locations.
Once you've entered your credentials and sale rep's information, tap Save.
Finally, don't forget to scan or upload your invoices to create your Order Guides!
