Overview

Streamline your accounts receivable process by enabling the pay module for specific customers. Once activated, customers gain access to digital invoicing, online payment options, and self-service account management tools. 

Follow these steps to re-open an invoice.


Enable Pay

1. Select Customer from the navigation menu, then click on the customer account.

2. Go to the Invoices tab. 

3. Find the invoice, and click on the three dots next to the invoice. Then, select Mark as Unpaid.

4. Enter the remaining balance for the invoice. Then, click Continue. Once confirmed, the invoice will be reopened and ready to be paid again.
